Easy Peasy Vegan Chocolate Mousse! [RECIPE]
CHOCOLATE!!! It’s the cure for everything – a broken heart, PMS, crappy day at the office… and it happens to be good for your health, too—it’s loaded with flavonoids and theobromine which can lower blood pressure! One of my fave ways to get vitamin chocolate in my system is by eating it in mousse form. 😉 I wanted to share my go-to recipe for this yummy ish! It’s super healthy and mega easy to make, too.
Vegan Chocolate Mousse
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Throw everything in a blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy! xx
